Alumnae Verification

Please complete this form if would like to become a Verified Alumnae.  This status is only granted upon receipt of your diploma and is not automatically granted once you graduate.

Verified Financial Alumnae have benefits such as voting rights, opportunity for induction into the Order of Phi, attending Alumnae Appreciation sessions, and the ability to serve as Mentor, Regional Director, NBOD, NALFO.  To become verified, you must attach a copy or photo of your diploma to this form.  If you would like to become financial as well, you will need to submit proof of payment.

Dues:
If you do not plan on being affiliated with an alumnae entity, the dues schedule can be found below.  Please submit your payment in accordance with this chart.  Recent Graduates are provided a discounted rate to be paid per the schedule below.

The following are the payment amounts for financial status in FY24:

Alumna-At-Large  $165.00-Due June 15 reduced to $80 from December 1 until May 31
Recent Graduate  $70-Due June 15 reduced to $40 from December 1 until May 31
Alumnae Entity  $103/per member-Due June 15  reduced to $50 from December 1 until May 31
