Alumnae

AlumnaeGamma Phi Omega International Sorority, Inc.’s, largest body of members are our alumnae who have graduated and become active within their professional careers and in their communities.

Our alumnae members provide mentorship and sisterhood to women of future generations. Additionally, the sorority relies on these women to serve in leadership roles that oversee the organization. This includes serving on the National Board of Directors as well as being Regional Directors and Chapter Mentors.

If you are an alumnae member and would like to become active within the Sorority, or verify your status within the organization please contact the NBOD Office Assistant at office@gammaphiomega.org. Additionally, we encourage you to visit the SwansNest Members Only section and establish access to sister resources.

For recognition as an alumna in “good standing” you must:

  • Receive a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Submit an Alumnae Verification Form (official transcripts or a copy of your diploma)
  • Adhere to financial requirements

Serving in a leadership role, rekindling relationships, networking, and providing support to the organization are just a few reasons to become re-involved.

There are also various groups currently established for alumnae sisters and women interested in graduate membership.

The mission of alumnae and alumnae entities of Gamma Phi Omega is to promote education by empowering our communities, leading social change and investing in philanthropic endeavors; to make a positive impact on our organization and society through innovation in professionalism, mentorship, and kinship experiences.
